Not sure why my body reacts like this

Today, in an effort to to bring on an attack of the pain so I would finally go and get some treatment in the emergency room, I went to an all you can eat buffet to get my pancreas in pain. I even ate chinese food but nothing tonight. I am in no pain. I guess that is ok, but I could use some consistency in the pain.

Current Condition

My name is George. I am a 32 Year old gay alcoholic guy living with Chronic pain. I am trying to figure out how to get better.  I have pain almost every day. Today was the worst day I have had.  I ate 2 pieces of pizza at 12:30pm and the pain is just now subsiding at 4:30.  I think it is pancreatitis from the years of alcohol use, but I am not 100% sure. I am starting today to make my life better. I have 45 days in AA for the drinking and I just applied for health insurance throught the state. I an in so much pain. I need a solution.
